How to Request a Visa/Invitation Letter
You must be registered for the convention and listed as a participant in the convention program in order to receive an visa letter for the purposes of obtaining a US visa, or a general invitation letter as required by your institution. To request a letter(s), complete the form linked below. Please allow 2 weeks for processing. Providing all requested information will expedite the process.
Deadline: Sept. 15
For a general invitation letter, please provide your name, email and home address, and the title of your session(s) and your paper.
For a visa letter (for the purpose of applying for a US visa), please provide the above information plus your citizenship, passport number, date of birth, current employer, and position.
The invitation letter will be emailed to you as a PDF attachment. If a hard copy letter must be sent to you, please indicate this request in the additional comments.

*Individuals whose proposals are accepted will be notified in May of the Convention year, at which point they will be able to request visa/invitation letters.
